Allergy-Free Candles and In Home Aromatherapy

Any ingredient labels that have "fragrance" listed, allows for all of these chemicals to be put into the product with out you really knowing the poison you will be ingesting, either by breathing, or through your skin
Some conventionally scented candles may expose you to toxic chemicals such as formaldehyde and acetaldehyde, which can irritate the eyes, nose, and throat.
Formaldehyde also can cause nausea and breathing difficulties
You can create ways to make your home smell nice with natural scents.
They can be from a reed diffuser that will soak up the pure essential oils of flowers and plants without using fire, to avoid smoke inhalation.
If you  prefer candles, choose the ones made with soy wax, pure essential oils and organic cotton wicks. They
will allow a soft scent without the 1000's of chemicals they add to the environment.
Indoor toxins are actually more dangerous to you and your family's health, so be mindful and use the most pure fragrance you can find.
